Information We Collect and How We Use It
net2Community's core values include the premise that a person should have control of their own Personal Information. The only Personal Information we collect consists of what you choose to give us so that we can provide you with the information and services you express interest in. If you join our site you will have the ability to view, modify or delete the information that net2Community stores for you. Personal Information you provide and maintain with net2Community, will never be sold, transferred, or used by third parties except as approved by you. The only Personal Information shared with other users on this site is the user name you provide and maintain.

When you provide additional Personal Information to net2Community as may be required by a particular service, we use, store, and share that data only to the extent necessary to provide the service you request.

net2Community provides a comment and support request in the net2Community.net domain that stores and may send information from the request, including what page it was made from to other site registrants. Websites and Cookies
We use log files, as most website servers do, to record certain technical information about visits to our website, including the IP address and the DNS name of the access provider (such as your Internet Service Provider), the type of browser used, referring and exit pages, platform type (where available), a date and time stamp, and possibly the number and sequence of pages visited. Cookies are also used to enable background authentication of your i-name, though such authentications only occur when explicitly permitted or requested by you.
net2Community websites use Mollom to deter spam posting, please note that, "by posting a message, you accept that your message and other personal details about you will be analyzed and stored for anti-spam and quality monitoring purposes, in accordance with Mollom's privacy policy".
Surveys
net2Community may ask website users to participate in surveys. In all cases, participation will be voluntary. If a survey asks for Personal Information, answering those questions will be optional. Survey responses will be seen only by the net2Community staff conducting the survey. Survey results will be made public only in the aggregate, without reference to individuals, unless an individual gives us permission to quote and attribute his or her response.
Compelled Disclosure
If we are required by law to disclose the information that you have submitted, we will attempt to provide you with notice (unless we are prohibited) that a request for your information has been made in order to give you an opportunity to object to the disclosure. In the event of litigation over alleged privacy breaches by net2Community, we submit only to the jurisdiction and venue of state and federal courts located in Kane County, Illinois.
Notice Regarding Children
While net2Community does not allow adult content, our website, services and email discussion lists are not specifically designed for children, and we do not monitor postings or communications among participants in discussion groups for content that might be inappropriate for minors. Along with the privacy provided by our site, use of the internet requires a degree of responsibility by the user and we assume activity of minors is with the permission and participation of a parent or legal guardian. We do not encourage the registration of minors without the permission and participation of a parent or legal guardian. We will not knowingly communicate with a child under the age of 13 without parental permission.
