Our current fee structure:

• Initial system and project evaluations - no charge
• Proposal Development - no charge
• Research and Development projects are quoted on a case by case basis
• Project tasks which are clear in scope can be proposed on a fixed fee basis
• Base rates of $45-125 an hour
  • dependent on the work and proficiency of the assigned personnel
  • only effective time is charged
• Expenses are charged at cost
• One-half base rate for unproductive travel time
• Our work product is guaranteed, corrections are provided at no charge

Our fee structure is based on a fair working wage for our employees and contractors based on their skills and abilities. We want our people to be happy and satisfied not only in their working environment, but also in their ability to provide support for the life and well being of their families.
